At Akarso Bio, I’m pioneering natural GLP-1 release technology for food and ingredients. Since founding the company in August 2024, I’ve secured a provisional patent, established scale-up partnerships, and developed commercial partnerships positioning us at the forefront of foodtech innovation.

As CEO & Co-Founder of Aqua Cultured Foods (2019-2024), I established the company as an alternative protein leader through $8.5M+ in secured funding, Fortune 500 strategic partnerships, breakthrough sales agreements, and high-performing team development.
